Task Force Report: African & Native American History

In the walk of Black Lives Matter movement in 2020, UF President Kent Fuchs created a task force of students, staff and alumni to investigate UF’s relationship with African and Native Americans from 1853 to the present.
The public is invited to hear the report from the presidential task force on Tuesday, Jan. 17, beginning at 5 pm in Smathers Library Rm 100. Audience members will receive free copies of the task force report. A reception will follow at the Institute of Black Culture.
